Immigration

All immigration procedures, handled under one roof.

We support individuals and companies through every procedure before the Immigration Office, consulates and competent bodies. We assess your situation, prepare the documentation, file the application and follow it through to resolution.

How we work

Three clear steps, from start to finish.

01

1. Initial consultation

We study your case and confirm which procedure fits you, the requirements you must meet and the full cost breakdown.

02

2. Preparing the file

We gather the documentation, translate and legalise whatever is needed, and prepare the forms and supporting evidence required by the procedure.

03

3. Filing and follow-up

We file the application electronically or in person, respond to requests, appeals and notifications, and only close the case once the resolution arrives.

Procedures

Every procedure we handle.

01

NIE — Foreign Identification Number

The tax and ID number you need for almost anything in Spain: working, opening a bank account, buying or selling a home, signing contracts or holding a business. We file the request before the National Police or the Consulate.

02

EU citizen registration certificate

For EU/EEA/Swiss citizens planning to reside in Spain for more than three months. It certifies your status as a resident and is issued indefinitely.

03

Non-lucrative residence

Designed for non-EU citizens with sufficient personal funds to live in Spain without needing to work. We document financial means, private health insurance and the absence of a criminal record.

04

Social arraigo (rooting)

For people who can prove three years of continuous residence in Spain, have no criminal record and hold either a signed employment contract or a favourable social integration report from the town hall.

05

Work-based arraigo

For people who have lived in Spain for two years and can prove at least six months of employment — including periods of irregular work recognised by court, inspection report or administrative ruling.

06

Family-based arraigo

For children of a Spanish-born parent and for parents of Spanish minor children in their care. It grants residence and a work permit.

07

Training-based arraigo

A recent pathway that allows you to regularise your status while you complete an officially recognised training programme or professional certification. We will tell you whether your situation fits.

08

Family reunification

Lets you bring your spouse or registered partner, your minor or disabled children — and in some cases your parents — to live with you in Spain. We prove sufficient income, suitable housing and health cover.

09

Family member of EU citizen card

For non-EU family members of Spanish or EU citizens: spouses, children, dependent ascendants and registered partners. We handle the application and the subsequent renewal.

10

Card renewals

We renew your residence or residence-and-work card well in advance, so your status never lapses. We review the new duration and the conditions that apply to you.

11

Residence-type modifications

Switching from non-lucrative to residence-and-work, moving to self-employment, or graduating from a family-reunification card to an independent residence. We guide you to the best option.

12

Consular visas and initial permits

Student, research, employment, self-employment, highly-qualified professional, entrepreneur and digital-nomad visas. We coordinate the application in the country of origin with the procedures in Spain.

13

Long-term residence

After five years of continuous legal residence in Spain you may apply for long-term residence: indefinite validity, renewed every five years.

14

Spanish nationality

By residence (10 years generally; 2 for Latin Americans, Andorrans, Filipinos, Equatorial Guineans, Portuguese and Sephardic Jews), by option, by marriage to a Spanish national or by recovery. We coordinate the CCSE and DELE exams and every registration.

15

Appeals and contentious-administrative actions

If a decision has gone against you, we file an internal appeal, a higher-tier appeal, or — when necessary — judicial review proceedings. We work with accredited lawyers for court matters.
